The rates listed on this website are only available through our service.
If you would like to make a reservation directly with
the hotel you will need to contact them directly, and
the prices will usually be more expensive.
RESERVATIONS
& CONFIRMATION
On receiving your reservation request,
the availability of the hotels of your choices will
be checked immediately. We will then confirm your booking
or provide you with details of an alternative hotel
of similar standard should your first choice be fully
booked.
PAYMENT
All hotels and resorts prefer advance preservations
and payment. We already contacted and contacting to
the hotels in Vietnam, those do not ask for any advance
payment or deposit. However, many hotels always require
warranty by credit card or pre-payment , especially
peak season, all year around. One of the reasons is
hoteliers give us low price so they want to make sure,
like you when you book cheap flight tickets. So you
are required to confirm acceptance of your reservation
and settle an advance payment or provide your credit
card details, otherwise we will cancel your reservation
automatically. (In case the payment can be settled
on arrival at the time you visit our country,
you will be told when we confirm your booking)

be used for other purposes than the services (booking,
transfering, visa arranging). Your credit card information

CANCELLATION
& NON ARRIVAL POLICY
Full prepayment

Once we have
confirmed availability and charged your credit card
to secure your room(s) if you cancel at this point you
will be charged 3% for Visa and Master card bank credit
card processing fee plus an additional charge as follows.

If we receive cancellation in
writing by email or fax more
than 7 working days before arrival four and
five star hotels and resorts, total amount will
be refunded.

In the event of cancellation
less than 7 working days
full charge will be applied.

Time limit for cancellation in
two and three star hotels and resorts is before
2 working days.

Last minute cancellations (less
than 2 working days ) or NON-ARRIVAL
NO REFUND is payable.
Part payment destinations
(deposits paid to secure accommodation.)

Once bookings have been paid for and
confirmed with the hotel, in the event of early checkout
(leaving the hotel earlier for a shorter period than
booked) refunds are generally not permitted. However
we can consider requests and after discussion with the
booking agents and hotels concerned, a proportional
refund can sometimes be made. Each case is treated on
an individual basis.
Some hotels have a slightly different
policy and in this case the terms will be clearly advised
to you on the booking confirmation.
