 HOW DOES THE RESERVATION SYSTEM
WORK?
Our online booking system is
simple:
1. Select a hotel
from our hotel listings. Then simply complete and submit
the Booking Enquiry Form. A separate form is required
for each hotel.
2. We will then check
the room availability at requested hotel. After which,
you will receive an Email Reservation Confirmation from
us, advising you of the details of your booking and
the total amount due
3. Once prepayment
is made by credit card or bank transfer, we will send
you a hotel voucher (by email), which can be presented
upon your check-in at the hotel. Our cancellation
policy will apply as it will be treated as a confirmed
order. If you hotel request is not available no charges
will apply.
HOW CAN I SEARCH FOR A HOTEL?
When you are looking for an accommodation on our website,
you have 3 choices to search for a hotel. Either you
can click on city destination in the map or you can
use the search engine to select the hotel category
or you can use our menu bar, then the results will come
up for the selected location. If the City or a Hotel
you wish to visit is not yet listed on our web site,
please feel free to contact
us. We will still be able to identify it and
make reservation for you.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TYPE OF ROOM
TO BOOK?
Rooms are often quoted on Single, Twin or Triple occupancy
and on standard basis. A specific room type, hotel category
can be found on our system.
ONCE I SUBMIT THE RESERVATION FORM
IS MY ROOM CONFIRMED?
Yes, normally your reservation is confirmed within
24hr. However, due to high demand in high season
or the temporary unavailability of the hotel's computer
reservation system your reservation is then still on
waiting list. In such cases we will try to have
room confirmed or look for alternate hotel pending your
request.
ARE THE RATES PER ROOM OR PER PERSON
?
This will depend on the information published on the
rates page, however we normally charge either as a single,
twin (double) or triple occupancy. (A triple rate will
usually include an extra bed or 2 adults and 1 child
requiring extra bedding. Trip rate is also included
breakfast and all taxes).
ARE CHILDREN CHARGED THE RULL ROOM
RATE?
Rates are normally reduced for children under the age
of 10 years.
IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?
Normally our offer is inclusive of breakfast and taxes.
Sill each hotel has a different policy on whether or
not breakfast is included in the rates. Please check
the details on the rates page of the hotel to find out
the inclusion/exclusion.
WHY ARE YOUR RATES SO ATTRACTIVE?
We as local people, are in position to make a
good offer to you thanks to our great relationship with
hotel suppliers, and to our important purchasing power.
DO YOU PROVIDE AIRPORT TRANSFER?
Yes. If you require for airport transfers please do
let us know we will confirm the price and details
by email. The price is based on a prepayment basis.
A limousine service is also provided upon request.
Please note that the public taxi stands at all major
airport which can provide an economic method of transport
to your hotel. Please make sure that you agree a price
before jumping in the cap and that the meter is on to
avoid any possible confusion afterward.
DO I NEED TO CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY
TO RECONFIRM MY BOOKING?
No need! When your booking is confirmed and prepaid
at our website, the service is guaranteed. If you need

HOW DO I CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL?
Please present your hotel voucher to the hotel's reception
staff upon check in. As the hotel already has your booking
on record, your email hotel voucher is not essential,
but may be useful as verification and for contact information.
Check-in time:
from 12.00 p.m. (noon time)
Check-out time:
before 12.00 p.m. (noon time)
Early check in and late check out are subject to availability
and to hotel policies.
WHAT IF I WISH TO EXTEND MY STAY?
To continue to take advantage of our good offer, you
should contact us directly.
If you book directly with the hotel to extend your stay,
you will be charged a different rate to our prices.
CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION AFTER
I SUBMITTED THE FORM?
Yes, please send us your booking details (booking
reference, group name, arrival date...) and the name
hotel you want to change to within 7 days before the
check-in date. We then will process the amendment and
make reconfirmation with you.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY ROOM?
Prepayment is required once making reservation with
us.
CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING AFTER PAYMENT?
Yes,
CAN I BOOK DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL?
The special rates listed on our web site are only available
through our service. If you would like to make a reservation
directly with the hotel you will need to contact them
directly, and then the public rate might be applied.
WHAT IS YOUR HOTEL ROOM CANCELLATION
POLICY?
We understand that there can be occasions where you
may unfortunately need to cancel your reservation. We
try to be as flexible as possible even allowing for
